By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or otherwise using AI For AI ("we", "us", the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

AI For AI provides live cohort-based sessions, self-paced courses, and related learning materials focused on building and deploying AI agents. We may add, modify, or discontinue features or content at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

Course and subscription fees are billed as described at checkout. Unless otherwise stated on the pricing page or in a separate written agreement, fees are non-refundable once access to paid content has been granted.

Upon payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course content for your personal, non-commercial learning use. Downloading, recording, redistributing, or publicly sharing course materials without written permission is prohibited.

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including attempting unauthorized access, disrupting live sessions, harassing other learners or instructors, or using the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

All course content, branding, and platform software are the property of AI For AI or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The Platform and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI For AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Platform at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
